A Vancouver ISSIG Brings PMPerspectives to Their Meeting Posted: 17-Apr-2008 | Planning for the Unexpected

Pamela Hollington of the Vancouver ISSIG (Information Systems Special Interest Group) writes: "At our monthly ISSIG meeting, we alternate between a speaker/presentation session and a roundtable discussion on a PM topic of interest. For our March meeting, we based our roundtable discussion on an article from the PMPerspectives Research Group, Planning for the Unexpected.  Participants were organized into three breakout groups. Each group briefly reviewed the article and identified specific ways that changes can impact project success. At the end of the session, each group shared their findings with all participants for a complete review of ideas and observations."
