The Project Management Journal has named a paper by Dr. Blaize Horner Reich "Best Paper of 2007". The journal article, entitled Managing Knowledge and Learning in IT Projects - A Conceptual Framework and Guidelines for Practice can be found in the June, 2007 edition of Project Management Journal. Dr. Reich received this prestigious award at the PMI Research Conference in Warsaw, Poland in July 2008 from Mr. Gregory Balestrero, CEO of the Project Management Institute.
